1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Touch Screen Test website and its affiliated diagnostic tools located at this domain (the "Site" or "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept or agree with any of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Site immediately.

2. Description of Service & Permitted Use

The Platform provides free, browser-based hardware evaluation and diagnostic utilities across display, touch, and input peripherals, including:

  • Single-touch calibration and phantom touch detection
  • Multi-touch simultaneous contact point tracking (up to 10 points)
  • Interactive digitizer dead-zone grid evaluation
  • Display pixel wash for dead pixels, stuck subpixels, and panel backlight bleed
  • Keyboard hardware testing, including key responsiveness, multi-key rollover (NKRO), and switch chatter diagnostics
  • Mouse sensor and switch diagnostics, including DPI distance analysis, real-time polling rate (Hz) measurement, switch double-click chatter detection, and mouse button verification
  • Gamepad and controller diagnostics, including analog stick drift detection, deadzone center benchmarking, circularity error (%) calculation, dual-motor vibration rumble haptics, and continuous analog trigger pressure evaluation (0.00 to 1.00)

3. Diagnostic Disclaimers & No Warranty

All diagnostic tests, benchmarks, calculations, and visualizers provided on the Platform are delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis for informational and preliminary diagnostic screening purposes only.

While our tools interact directly with standard W3C browser APIs (Pointer Events, Gamepad API, KeyboardEvent, Pointer Lock), results may be influenced by operating system drivers, browser vendor constraints, USB polling limits, display scaling settings, or third-party software. The Platform does not replace certified professional hardware calibration or factory diagnostic instrumentation.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Touch Screen Test and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to hardware repair decisions, warranty claims, or benchmark interpretations.

5. Modifications & Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after revisions constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
