Touch coordinates, display pixels, keyboard keystrokes, mouse sensor deltas, and gamepad/controller inputs are processed strictly inside your browser sandbox. Zero keylogging, zero input telemetry, zero controller tracking, and zero data collection.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) with IP anonymization to evaluate aggregate traffic and diagnose platform performance.
We operate completely ad-free. Zero third-party advertising networks, zero commercial trackers, and zero marketing profiles.
1. Introduction & Commitment to Privacy
Touch Screen Test ("we", "our", or "the Platform") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy details our operational data practices, our client-side architecture, and the protections implemented across our hardware testing suite.
Unlike typical hardware utilities, our diagnostic tools are built from the ground up to execute entirely within your client browser sandbox without transmitting raw input data over any network connection.
2. Absolute Zero Peripheral Input Logging
We strictly do not collect, intercept, store, or transmit any hardware input data. Specifically:
• Touchscreen Data: Touch coordinates (X, Y), contact radius, pressure, and touch count remain strictly in temporary JavaScript memory and are discarded immediately when the canvas is cleared or reloaded.
• Keyboard Keystrokes: Key codes and scan codes are intercepted solely to illuminate virtual keyboard keys and detect switch chatter. We never transmit keystrokes or maintain persistent key logs.
• Mouse Data: Coordinates, click counts, DPI calculation distances, and polling rate timers are calculated locally in real time.
• Gamepad & Controller Data: Thumbstick axes, button states, and vibration rumble telemetry remain strictly between the browser Gamepad API and your operating system.
3. Analytics & Technical Metrics
To maintain infrastructure stability and optimize device compatibility, we collect high-level, aggregated diagnostic metrics using Google Analytics with IP masking enabled. These metrics include anonymous page views, broad browser user-agent types, and device screen dimensions. No personally identifiable information (PII) is ever linked to your diagnostic sessions.
4. Local Storage Usage
We use browser localStorage exclusively for user interface preferences, such as remembering your selected theme (dark or light mode) or audio feedback preferences. No tracking identifiers or advertising cookies are stored in localStorage.
